True self-care happens when we truly nourish your mind, body, and spirit on a daily basis, and those are habits that transform our lives. When we truly invest in our health, with small steps every single day, we can better love and serve those in our lives, filling them with the goodness we have filled for ourselves! Join us as we make small, intentional changes and create true self-care habits, and use this fun Bingo card to help you keep track.

Print out this card and tape it into your planner, keep it at your desk or place it on the fridge so that you can check off your daily habits. Once you get a ‘bingo' do something fun (and still healthy!) to celebrate:

  • Create a new perfume blend with your favorite citrus oils.
  • Try a delicious collagen latte with Inner Beauty Collagen.
  • Make a glow serum to use every evening with Blue Tansy or CBD Beauty Boost.
  • Add a new supplement to your routine (Master Formula or Mineral Essence are great options!)
